BullCity Yoga Festival

Join me for a full day of yoga at the BullCity Yoga Festival on April 27, 2024 from 8am-6pm.

I will be hosting the class “Yoga Bliss” !  Immerse yourself in a joyous yoga session that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Experience a blend of gentle stretches, restorative poses, and meditation to cultivate inner peace and balance. Let go of tension, release stress, and discover a sense of bliss in this nourishing practice.

The Bull City Yoga Festival will be located on the beautiful, wide open farm of the ZincHouse Winery and Brewery. It sits on 87 acres of land and vineyards, long hiking trails, a large fountain/pool and multiple buildings. This event is for ages 21 and older. Zinchouse Winery and Brewery is an adult ONLY establishment.
