BullCity Diabetes 5K

Join me for the BullCity 5k in support of Diabetes hosted by the Beta Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi. The race registration begins at 8am. The race will start at 8:30. I will beprovidng a post Yoga cool down session, which will start ar approximately 9:45. Registration for the 5k can be done here:
