DESCRIPTION:Join Tiana of Flowtious Soul Yoga on Tuesdays for a transformative series of Yoga in the Park to unwind from the stresses of the day as you connect with nature.  Tiana will guide you through a mindful and rejuvenating practice\, incorporating gentle stretches\, deep breathing\, and mindfulness.  This class offers a safe and welcoming space for you to de-stress\, rejuvenate\, and nurture your mind\, body\, and spirit. Class is suitable for all levels! \nThings to Bring: \n\nWater bottle\nBug Repellent\nYoga mat (have extra mats to borrow if needed.)\nBlanket or towel to place under your mat\nYoga props (optional): Blocks\, pillow\, bolster\, straps\nComfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.\n\nWhen & Where:   \nDowntown Cary Park: 319 S. Academy Street Cary\, NC\, 27512 \nClass is FREE and will be held on Tuesdays 7p.  Must Register here. https://downtowncarypark.com/calendar. \nClass will take place on Frantz Square Lawn which is located on the corner of Academy Street and Dry Avenue. We recommend arriving early to find a good spot in the park and to allow time for parking. There is street parking and garage parking.
