DESCRIPTION:Join Tiana of Flowtious Soul Yoga on Tuesdays for a transformative series of Yoga in the Park to unwind from the stresses of the day as you connect with nature.  Tiana will guide you through a mindful and rejuvenating practice\, incorporating gentle stretches\, deep breathing\, and mindfulness.  This class offers a safe and welcoming space for you to de-stress\, rejuvenate\, and nurture your mind\, body\, and spirit. Class is suitable for all levels! \nThings to Bring: \n\nWater bottle\nBug Repellent\nYoga mat (have extra mats to borrow if needed.)\nBlanket or towel to place under your mat\nYoga props (optional): Blocks\, pillow\, bolster\, straps\nComfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.\n\nWhen & Where:   \nDowntown Cary Park: 319 S. Academy Street Cary\, NC\, 27512 \nClass is FREE and will be held on Tuesdays from 7p-8p throughout the summer. Must Register here. https://downtowncarypark.com/calendar. \nClass will take place on The Great Lawn this week due to routine maintenance on the Front Lawn\, which is located on the corner of Academy Street and Dry Avenue. We recommend arriving early to find a good spot in the park and to allow time for parking. There is street parking and garage parking.
