Class is suitable for all levels! \nThings to Bring: \n\nWater bottle\nBug Repellent\nYoga mat (have extra mats to borrow if needed.)\nBlanket or towel to place under your mat\nYoga props (optional): Blocks\, pillow\, bolster\, straps\nComfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.\n\nWhen & Where:   \nDowntown Cary Park: 319 S. Academy Street Cary\, NC\, 27512 \nClass is FREE and will be held on Tuesdays from 7p-8p throughout the summer. We recommend arriving early to find a good spot in the park and to allow time for parking. There is street parking and garage parking.
